Staff Brightens a Dim Experience

The staff was genuinely friendly, always ready with a smile, making our stay a bit more bearable despite the challenges we faced.

Our room was a nightmare—dirty, with a disgusting chicken wing on the floor and no basic amenities like toilet paper or soap. It was far from a pleasant stay.

Not for the faint of heart

The front desk guy that greeted us was friendly, you know it felt like a small win amid the chaos. We also got a fridge and microwave in the room, which isn’t bad for storing leftovers from dinner.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but you got what you paid for I guess.

The hotel was perfectly located for our family adventures. We enjoyed relaxing in the evening after exploring local attractions. The pool area was a hit with the kids, providing a great way to unwind after our excursions.

My kids wished the rooms had better soundproofing for a quieter night's sleep.

the ramada has an amazing location, just a short walk to downtown and the alaska railroad station. i loved having a fridge and microwave in my room. It was spacious and comfortable. they let us check in an hour early, which was a nice touch!

The room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a fridge, which was super handy for snacks. The beds were comfy with soft linens. The location was close to downtown, making it easy to explore. I loved the friendly staff, who were ready to help with anything we needed. And the free shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver.

The breakfast was severely inadequate, and the room's cleanliness didn't match the photos, leaving me disappointed. I wouldn’t choose this place again.

Housekeeping staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service that truly made a difference during my stay. The room was clean and well-stocked, which added to the comfort of my visit. However, the air conditioning unit was ineffective, failing to cool the room adequately. Additionally, the toilet paper holder placement felt awkward, being tucked far under the sink.

The location was great! I loved being close to the center. But the breakfast options really needed improvement. 🥴

I had a nice stay with a great view and appreciated the hot-water dispenser in the lobby, which was super handy. The leisure room had comfy seating and a relaxing TV area that helped me unwind after a long day. The only downside was that my room didn’t have a coffee machine, but overall, it was a pleasant experience! 😊

great spots for city strolls and local dining options

During my stay, I really appreciated being just a short walk from both the city market and the vibrant Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center, making it so easy to explore local culture. the hotel is also conveniently close to charming cafes like The Red Chair Cafe and Glacier Brewhouse, perfect for grabbing a bite after a day of wandering around.

I stayed for two nights while exploring the local attractions, and my room was nicely renovated and spacious. The bathroom was beautifully clean, and I appreciated having a microwave and fridge in the room. However, the location felt a bit remote for walking in winter weather, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a good value for the price I paid.
